Code changes
 - Renamed RoadError::defined() to RoadError::isDefined()

 - qconvex.c,etc.: Define prototype for _isatty
 - Rename parameters to avoid overriding other methods
 - qt-qhull.cpp: Move QHULL_USES_QT before the includes
 - qhulltest.cpp: Add closing prompt.
