Replaced _WRITE, _READ, _STRING, AND _FIXLINKS defines with the corresponding internal function call.
Replaced STANDARD_INTERNAL_FUNCTIONS with the internal function signatures.
Made my Doxygen config file use relative paths and added it to SVN so everyone can generate the same documentation for themselves.
Removed includes WZ added to ComplexShape.  These were not missing, they are up to the user to include if they wish.

Added support for sub version 4 headers, object storage, and link method.  Some objects like NiNodes already read correctly.

Renamed CreateBlock to CreateObject and made it clear that it is not necessary for the user to call this function unless s/he is working through Python.
Removed BlocksInMemory function.  Call NiObject::NumObjectsInMemory instead.
Removed CreateBlock template since new keyword can be used.
Implemented GetScale and SetScale functions of bhkNiTriStripsShape to fix linker errors when compiling Python wrapper.

Tried to implement MergeNifTrees for KF files with a NiControllerSequence root.  Untested.

Commented out functions written by Amorilia that I need to figure out how to fix.

Major update to python generation scripts and others.  Currently just namepace and mutable size members with appropriate generated code.

Update Ni*Properties with helper functions.  Flags are left as ushort for now until enums are generated by xml.
Add DynamicCast for collections.  Disabled with USE_NIFLIB_TEMPLATE_HELPERS by default to avoid showing up in python.

Made DLL creation optional and added a "Release - DLL" configuration.  The Release configuration creates a static library.

Made all include paths relative so you don't have to set any directories to compile.  Hopefully Amorilia will fix this in the code generation script.
Implemented a few more functions.

Moved all generated files to gen sub directory.
Renamed some generated files.

Noticed that I had forgot to include NiObject.cpp in my last commit... unfortunately I've already started splitting off classes into their own files so that's included in this commit as well.
I also noticed that I never implemented the member functions of Ref!  I still haven't, but I was just surprised it's been compiling without complaint.

Got rid of globals for good measure.

Moved things around and updated xml_extract.h so that everything compiles again.  Other than NIF_Blocks.h/cpp which will be removed in the future, of course.

Implemented some of the object hierarchy the new way in nif_objects.h and started updating niflib.cpp.

Removed interfaces and moved documentation to real classes.  NIF_Blocks.cpp and niflib.cpp no longer compile.
